Jump to a question:
What groups are you going to do?
We are open to suggestions, but you can get a feel for the kind of groups we will provide on our Groups page. Please complete our anonymous survey here to help us to try and tailor our groups to your needs.
Where will the groups be held?
Initially we will be trialling groups in different areas of County Durham, using village halls and community centres. Please complete our anonymous survey here to help us to try and tailor our groups to your needs. You can find out more about the venues we have already visited on our Venues page.
When will the groups start?
We have now started! Groups run weekly, with a new set of people being invited every 8 weeks. Please keep watching this website, or follow our Facebook page here for more updates as we have them.
What will it cost?
Most groups are free of charge, however some groups may have a small cost attached. We are committed to always do our very best to minimise cost to participants as far as is possible. If you would like to join a group but worry that cost may prevent you being able to come, please talk to us and we will help if we can.
What about Covid-19?
We are committed to keeping our participants safe, and will be taking measures accordingly. We are well supplied with various hand sanitisers, surface cleaners and even masks for if anyone forgets theirs and would like to wear one. To help us to understand what would help you to feel safe, please complete our anonymous survey here.
How do I join a group?
Different groups will have different referral processes. Some will have an option to self refer, and some will be via professional referral only. If you would like to refer yourself or someone you care for into our service, please complete our form online here, and we will contact you for the rest of the information we need.
